Exercise is good for you, but what exactly
does it do to your body? Let's find out!
The heart does more work than any other muscle in
your body. It beats about 100,000 times a day! When
you exercise, it beats faster than usual because it
has to send more blood to your muscles. This makes
your heart stronger and you get fitter - you don't
get tired quickly and you have energy. Your muscles
get bigger and stronger. You can move, run and
carry heavy things more easily than when you don’t
do exercise.

What about the rest of your body?

When you exercise, your heart sends more blood to
your brain too. You learn more quickly, you feel
more relaxed and happier, and you sleep better.
Exercise is also important for your bones. Young
people have strong bones, but when you get older,
your bones become weaker. There are 206 bones in
your body (52 are in your feet and 54 in your hands),
and you have to exercise to keep them strong.
✓ Do a sport - it's fun!
REMEMBER: People who exercise are healthier
than people who don't exercise. And you don't have
✓ Dance with your friends or on your own!
to go to a gym to exercise. Just stay active! ✓ Ride your bike or walk-sometimes it's faster
than the car or the bus!

Argentina appears in many famous films.
Motorcycle Diaries, a biographic film about
Ernesto “Che” Guevara, features Miramar,
San Martin de los Andes, and the Nahuel Huapi
Lake. Focus, a comedy starring Will Smith,
takes place in the City of Buenos Aires.
Film-makers also use Argentina as a double
for different locations. For example, The
Revenant takes place in the US and Canada,
but the last part of the film features the
mountains of Ushuaia. In the action film
Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull the
Iguazu waterfalls are a double for the
waterfalls of Peru!
So why is Argentina so popular? As the eighth
largest country in the world, Argentina has
some of the most varied landscapes, from
glaciers to tropical jungles, and some of the
world's most beautiful buildings.
Seasons are another reason why Argentina is
so popular. The Revenant director Alejandro
González Iñárritu chose Ushuaia for a winter
scene because temperatures were colder
there than in Canada, the original location.
That's not all. Argentina's film industry has
excellent film studios and some of the best
and most efficient production teams. Its
reputation is growing stronger and stronger!
