COMMERCIAL AND ‘TERMS & CONDITIONS’
Scope of Supply:
Our scope of supply is limited to the items mentioned in our offer. Anything not
specifically mentioned in our quotation is to be considered outside the scope of our
supply.

1. Delivery Period:
Within 1 Weeks from the date of the complete agreement on technical specifications and
commercials, along with advance amount as indicated in the payment terms.
All efforts will be made to keep up the delivery schedule. Transportation Charges,
Installation Charges & Plumbing Materials are including above rate.
2. Terms of Payment:
 90% of the payment as advance along with Purchase Order.
 10% after completion of Erection & Commissioning.
3. Taxes:
Sales Tax (or) GST 18% AND 12% is applicable as per Government Rules.
For Interstate, the tax reduction is applicable as per Government Rules on the production
of Form ’C’.
Validity: Our offer is valid for 30 days from the date of submission. After which it is
subjected to our confirmation.
4. Manpower Training:
We strictly believe that the key to the success of smooth and trouble free functioning of
the system lies in the skill of operator in operating and maintaining the system.
As such, we take extra care in training one of the Client’s Operators, at Client’s own plant
soon after commissioning. The training will be provided by our Service Engineers.
Expenses like lodging and boarding for our service team should be provided by the
customer.
5. Erections & Commissioning:
A team of technicians will be deputed to the plant site by our service division for Erection
and Commissioning of the plant and machinery supplied by us. Electrical Diagrams and
Manual will be provided by us. Expenses like lodging and boarding for our service team
should be provided by the customer.
6. Inspection:
We suggest our Customer to inspect the items before the dispatch. Otherwise, we can
carry on with the dispatch as per dispatch instructions. It is understood that the
equipments will be inspected by our internal inspection team based on the specifications
provided by the customer. No rejection or complain shall be entertained hereafter.
7. Guarantee:
1 Equipment Guarantee:
The product of our manufacture carries a guarantee against manufacturing defects, for
a period of twelve months from the date of dispatch from our factory. Please note that
the guarantee is restricted to mechanical items only and is limited to repair,
replacement of defective spares and accessories and it does not cover any consequent
loss or damages.
The guarantee will not cover normal wear and tear of the parts or defects due to
mishandling of the equipment or negligence. As regards bought out items like Pumps.
Motors, Instruments, etc., the guarantee offered by the original manufacturers of these
items would be passed on to you and it is limited to the guarantee offered by the
respective manufacturer.
B. Substitution of Materials:
In the event of non-availability of steel or any other specified material of a particular
section or quality, we will be using the nearest available alternate section with the
approval of customer.
8. Cancellation:
In any event order once placed cannot be cancelled. The advance amount paid by the
customer shall be retained by Aqua Elixir Ro Technology. In addition, any other expenses
or losses involved with regard to the purchase order, over and above the deposit forfeited,
same shall be recoverable from the customer.
Schedule of Exclusions:
Our supplies will be restricted to the items included in the technical data. The list of
exclusions from our supply is given below:
 All Electrical works other then RO control panel.
 Piping beyond our battery limits. Our battery limits are RO skid with inlet, permeate and
return line with mating flanges.
 Disposal of RO reject water.
 Testing facility for testing raw and treated water.
 All supplies, works and services not specifically mentioned as forming part of our offer.
 Raw Water Point & Power Point need to be provided by you.
 1 year warranty (for electrical Spares).
 Life time service support.
