SEQUENCE OF TASK POTENTIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES
Brick work Hand tools failure Conduct TBT regarding to job.
Physical injury Use cut resistant gloves during work.
Inhalation of dust Provide clear access route to work areas.
Eye/face injury Thoroughly wash the exposed body parts with fresh water and
Slip, trip and fall hazard soap after the work.
Eye and skin irritation and Wear the job specific PPEs like goggles, gloves, safety shoes etc.
