SEQUENCE OF TASK POTENTIAL HAZARDS PREVENTIVE MEASURES

 Brick work  Hand tools failure  Conduct TBT regarding to job.


 Physical injury  Use cut resistant gloves during work.
 Inhalation of dust  Provide clear access route to work areas.
 Eye/face injury  Thoroughly wash the exposed body parts with fresh water and
 Slip, trip and fall hazard soap after the work.
 Eye and skin irritation and  Wear the job specific PPEs like goggles, gloves, safety shoes etc.
