    Thank you for choosing PLMun your option to pursue higher education. It is our pleasure to assist you in your entrance examination. Please come as scheduled
    since there is no resetting of entrance test and your failure to come would mean automatic cancelation of your application. You are reminded of the following :

    1. Submission Requirements:
    Photocopy of Form 138/Report Card for Grade 12 (Incoming freshmen) (Original Copy must be presented for verification)
    Original Transcript of Records (Transfer students)
    Original PSA Birth Certificate
    Photocopy of Valid ID / Student ID (Original ID must be presented for verification)
    Photocopy of Personal Voter's ID or Parent's Voter's ID (For Muntinlupa residents only) (Original ID must be presented for verification)
    2x2 ID Picture with White Background
    2. Final Admission and Classification:
    Determined upon passing PCAT and submission of original documents. Admission and classification may be changed or invalidated if online documents
    differ from original.

    3. Application Form Requirement:


    Must bring (2) printed copies on the day of examination. No signed and confirmed test permit, no examination!

    4. PLMun College Admission Test (PCAT):


    Conducted on-site. Student applicants must proceed to the examination room at the specified date and time.

    5. Testing Area Procedures:


    Must be present in the testing area thirty (30) minutes before the test.
    Rooms will be closed ten (10) minutes prior to the assessment.
    Latecomers will not be allowed and will forfeit their application.
    6. Attire Regulations:
    Examinees must wear proper/decent attire: white collared or t-shirt, pants, and closed footwear.

    Not allowed:

    Tube top/sando
    Backless or see-through top
    Top showing midsection
    Blouse/shirt with low neckline
    Cap/bonnet/hat
    Mini-skirt
    Shorts
    Slippers

    7. Additional Requirement:
    Examinees must bring their own pencil/s (Mongol No. 2).
