    OF CASILI HELD AT THE TEMPORARY BARANGAY HALL ON DECEMBER 6, 2023 AT 4:00 IN THE AFTERNOON.

    SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY RESOLUTION


    NO. O2-2023

    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE NEWLY APPOINTED BARANGAY


    TREASURER TO ENROLL IN THE LANDBANK INSTITUTIONAL INTERNET
    BANKING
    “weAccess”

    Whereas, on December 6, 2023, the Sangguniang Barangay of Casili has approved


    Resolution No. 02-2023 authorizing Mrs. Antonietta L. Señeres, Sangguniang Barangay
    Treasurer to:

    1. Subscribe to the Land Bank of the Philippines’ (LBP’s) internet banking


    facility known as “weAccess”; and

    2. Designate authorized signatory to enroll and designate authorized user/s in


    the LANDBANK weAccess.

    NOW, THEREFORE, as it is hereby Resolved, authorizing Mrs. Antonietta L.


    Señeres, Sangguniang Barangay Treasurer to:

    1. Execute/sign all documents necessary to subscribe to LBP’s “weAccess”;

    2. Designate/authorize personnel to act as “maker” or “authorizer” for the


    barangay’s access to LBP’s weAccess banking facility; and

    3. Amend/add/delete enrolled deposit account/s as source and/or destination


    account/s, access rights to the weAccess modules, authorization rules
    and/or any information on the original and succeeding enrollments.

    And that the same is hereby confirmed and ratified;

    THAT, this is an addendum to the signatories of the submitted resolution for


    account opening;

    Resolved finally, to furnish copies of this Resolution all concerned for their
    information and appropriate action.

    ADOPTED this 6th day of December 2023 in Mandaue City, Cebu.
