How To Apply Certification
Registration
Visit https://www.pnpclearance.ph
Before proceeding, Applicant is required to agree to the Terms and Conditions provided
by the system. Applicants are advised to read each term before proceeding to the next page.
Fill-out all the data fields needed. The Applicant shall use his/her personal active email
account. Click Register button to continue.
NOTE: The Applicant must properly check all information given (spelling etc.) before
completing the Registration process. A message confirmation will appear before saving.
Click Save button to confirm or Cancel button if you want to review some misspelled
information before saving.
Login
1. Login/Sign-in using the registered account in NPCS. Key in the email and Password
of your account.

Enter Purpose
6. Enter the Purpose and Current Address based in Abroad and click Next. This will
appear in the Certification printout .Hence, applicants must enter correct spelling
and purpose.

NOTE:
After a successful Payment Process, applicant shall wait for the application to be
processed by the OSS.
If found cleared from all hits, Verification Officer and Clearance Processor from the
Police Station shall approved the Certification application.
Download/Release of Certificate
14. Once approved, applicant can download the copy of his National Police Clearance
from his account. Just click the Download Certificate button
