    INSIGHTS OR REALIZATION

     Involvement of parents, community members, and other stakeholders can contribute to the
    success of PPA's.
     Adequate resources and support are necessary for the successful implementation of PPA's

     PPST Re-orientation provides a valuable opportunity for professional development.


     The ultimate goal is to improve teaching practices based on the standards.

    LESSON LEARNED

     The evaluation of a school's progress in the implementation of PPA's is not just an


    administrative exercise but a reflective journey that necessitates a holistic perspective. It is a
    collective effort, involving educators, administrators, and other stakeholders, to ensure that
    PPA's contribute meaningfully to the educational ecosystem.

     The PPST re-orientation has been a transformative and enlightening experience. It has
    reinforced the idea that as educators, we are lifelong learners, continually adapting to the
    changing dynamics of education.

    NEXT COURSE OF ACTION

    I plan to actively participate in future SIP and AIP reviews, ensuring my teaching strategies align with the
    school's mission, vision and goals.
    I also aim to incorporate the principles from the PPST Standards into my daily teaching practices.
