    To Whom It May Concern,
    I am responding to your request for RoHS information regarding the product TPU11015-BK700:
    InfinityLTL™ does not add the RoHS restricted heavy metal substances including lead, mercury, cadmium and
    hexavalent chromium, and flame retardants based on polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated
    diphenyl ethers in TPU11015-BK700.
    InfinityLTL™ does not add Phthalates to TPU11015-BK700, as decribed in RoHS3 Directive 2015/863/EU.
    Furthermore, based on the review of the information provided by our raw material suppliers, these chemical
    substances are not added in the materials used in the manufacture of this product.
    Trace levels of these substances, if present, are expected to be within the threshold levels set forth in
    the following: Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS 1) / Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) / Directive
    2015/863/EU (RoHS 3)
    Please be advised that we do not test the subject product(s) for the presence of the RoHS restricted
    substances. It is the responsibility of the customer to assess the product, its use, and to assure its compliance
    to applicable laws and regulations.
