Loose Pages If one or two pages have come completely loose from a book, they can be glued back in. first, make sure the pages will fit back in snugly. Then, hold the page to be glued and run a tiny bead of glue along the inner edge, the part that will go into the crack. Use water soluble glue such as library glue, wheat paste or even Elmers white glue. A little dab will do you, but you do need to wet the whole length of the edge. Then, place the page it belongs with the strips of wax paper on either side. Make sure the wax paper is close too but not in the crack. Also check that the page doesnt hang out beyond the other pages but is all the way into the crack. Place a weight on the book or a rubber band around it, and let the glue dry overnight.
