epoxy red oxide zinc phosphate primer of 30 microns each and two coats of

including touching up with spray painting after erection etc complete as
directed by Engineer In Charge. (The qty. for this item shall be measured for
gusset plates, base plates, bolts in M.T.) INCLUDING ROOF CANOPY for
all 3 sheds as per Specs
Price includes Primary Accesories- Connection bolt/ Nut ( which does
not come in Kg basis)
Buring and Wastage of 5% is included in the price

ROOFING
Providing and installing of Bara Galvalume Sheet of approved make
1060 mm width (1000 mm cover width), 28-30 mm crest height with
crest distance of 200 mm c/c with 2 ribs at the Centre for stiffening. The
2 total coated thickness (TCT) of the sheet will be 0.5 mm +/- 0.02 mm SQM 1237
tolerance Zinc-Alu Alloy coating AZ150 gsm as per ASTM 1397/A755-
550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet
and polyester top coat 20-22 mi-crons using self-drilling/self-tapping
screws of 25 mm length, Including roof ridge, and CANPOPY
ANMS make or similar ISI approved
 SIDE CLADDING
Providing and installing of
Bara Galvalume Sheet of approved make 1060 mm width (1000 mm
cover width), 28-30 mm crest height with crest distance of 200 mm c/c
with 2 ribs at the Centre for stiffening. The total coated thickness (TCT)
of the sheet will be 0.5 mm +/- 0.02 mm tolerance Zinc-Alu Alloy
3 coating AZ150 gsm as per ASTM 1397/A755-550 mpa steel grade, 5-7 SQM 550
microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat
20-22 mi-crons using self-drilling/self-tapping screws of 25 mm length,

Supplying, erecting and fixing in position M S GEARED Rolling Shutter

of approved brand with mechanically hand operated gear system made of
18G (1.20mm) corrugated in-terlocking sections formed of cold rolled steel
strips, MS side channels 75mm deepx 25mm wide x 3.15mm thick, bottom
locking MS plate of size 100mm wide x3.15mm thick, MS side guide plates
330mm x 330mm x 8.0mm thick, MS heavy gauge shaft pipe 50mm OD
with MS pulleys of standard size, tensile wire spring coil 2 no’s of grade 2 x
5 275mm long and MS handles 125mm inner clear width and providing of 2 SQFT 280
no sliding type locking arrangement from outside / inside etc. complete. The
rate in-clusive of providing and fixing of M S top box type cover of size
900mm x 3.15mm thick and including applying yellow cup grease, applying
a coat of steel zincromate and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint
etc. complete with all lead / lift with necessary required scaffolding for work

with high performance industrial multiroof ventilator of minimum 530mm
dia neck/throat of aluminum alloy designed to a capacity of 1850 CFM at a
high of 25 feet including polycarbonate stretched from 3.00mm thick sheet

Providing and fixing M.S. Grill & Aluminium work for windows and
8 ventilators us-ing M.S. flats, or M.S. square rods, or combination of M.S. SQFT 896
flats and square rods as per approved design, drawing including cutting steel
sections and welding the same to required pattern with a coat of red lead
primer, cost of materials, fixtures,

welding and staging for erection and including two coats of enamel paint to
all surface over a coat of anti-corrosive paint/ zinc oxide etc., as per detailed

decking sheet of specified make and thickness, supported on girders,
including necessary fixtures, hard-ware’s, anchor bolts, necessary
overlapping, side support as per drawings and specifica-tions etc. complete
at all levels and locations, including all materials, machineries, la-bour,
