1 INTRODUCTION
1.1 Purpose
The Production Release Document outlines the required configurations, assets, and queues in order
to successfully deploy a specific version of the process. The document contains a list of the steps
that need to be performed to set up the environment for correct process execution.

The PRD is a communication document between:

 The Development team (represented by the Solution Architect and RPA Development Lead) and
the Deployment team (represented by the Deployment Administrator). The goal is to ensure that
the Deployment team has all the required information to correctly publish, run and validate the
process.

1.2 Objectives
The technical objectives and benefits expected by the Solution Architect after deployment of the
selected process are:

 Publish correct process version

 Publish any required libraries

 Create required assets

 Create required queues

 Create required schedules

 Set up production environment

 Run initial process tests
