Online Flight Booking Process


At Cebu Pacific

Notes on the Online Booking Process of Cebu Pacific Website


1. Login In
a. Visit the Cebu Pacific website: https://www.cebupacificair.com/en-PH/
b. Hover over the Login icon and wait for a pop-up layer, then click 'Login'.
c. Select 'Sign in with Google' and log in using your credentials.
2. Initiating Flight Booking
a. Hover over the 'Book' section and select 'Flights'.
3. Flight Details Input
a. Enter the departure and destination locations.
b. Choose the trip type (one-way, multi-city, round trip) from the dropdown.
c. Select departure and return dates.
4. Searching for Flights
a. Click 'Search Flights'.
b. Specify the number of adults flying.
5. Flight Selection and Customization
a. Enter a promo code if available (Optional)
b. Select preferred flight schedules for departure and return dates.
c. Choose a bundle for all flights, then click 'Continue'.
d. Enter passenger details: full name, date of birth, nationality, Go Rewards
membership ID, passport information, and contact information.
e. Acknowledge reading and understanding Cebu Pacific's Privacy Policy.
f. Customize flights with additional add-ons.
g. Click 'Continue' and select your preference for the Philippine Travel Tax.
h. Proceed to payment.
6. 6. Payment Process
a. Review flight and personal details. Confirm understanding and acceptance of
the Conditions of Carriage.
b. Choose the payment method (e.g., E-Wallet, Payment Centers, etc).
c. Acknowledge understanding of CEB's Privacy Policy.
7. Complete the payment through Maya account login or QR Code scan.
8. Confirmation
a. Wait for the processing of payment.
b. The page will redirect to the summary page.
c. Receive an email confirmation for the payment.
