PROJECT SYNOPSIS

PROJECT TITLE:- Online Mobile Store Management System

Name:- Randave Suraj Shivaji

Roll No:- 23242

MCA-I Div:- B

Introduction:-

This project is web based shopping system for and existing shop. The project
objective is to deliver the online mobile shopping. Online Mobile Shopping is the process
whereby consumers directly buy goods or service from a seller in real time, without an
intermediary service, over the internet. It is a from of electronic commerce. This project is an
attempt to provide the advantages of online shopping to customers of real Shop. It helps
buying the products in the shop anywhere through internet by using an android device. Thus
the customer will get the service of online shopping and home delivery from his favorite
shop.

Scope of Project:-

This study covers the research about mobile store and the development of store service
management systems in India.
The researchers mainly focus on developing a system that will simplify and automate daily
operations and transactions in a mobile store. The system will allow easy, convenient, and
efficient store service management. Mobile store administrators, components, and customers
will participate as respondents to the study.Significance of the StudyThe success of the
project is significant for the following:Mobile Shop. The success of the project will directly
benefit them. The system is intended for them to easily and efficiently operate daily activities
and transactions of the Shop, as well as timely, attend to customer inquiries and mobile
service orders.. The system will help them keep track of the mobile services and reparation
they need to accomplish. The system will provide them with an organized record to guide
them in completing their work.Customers. They can easily and conveniently enquire about
vehicle servicing. By having the system, they can save time and effort for the regular
servicing of their mobile.Researchers. The success of the study will is an additional
achievement for them and at the same time harness their skills and knowledge as
researchers.Future Researchers. The study will serve as their reference for future
development of updates for the system or if they wish to conduct the same study.

Functional Requirement:-
 Mobile-friendly interface: The store should be optimized for mobile devices with a
responsive design that ensures a smooth user experience on all screen sizes.
 Product browsing: Users should be able to easily browse through the product
catalog using intuitive navigation filters. This can include categories, subcategories,
price ranges, brands, colors, and other relevant attributes.

 Search functionality: Users should be able to search for specific products using
keywords or filters.

 Product details: Each product page should display clear and detailed information,
including high-quality images, descriptions, specifications, reviews, and variations
(size, color, etc.).

User Accounts and Management:

 User registration and login: Users should be able to create accounts to save
preferences, track orders, and receive personalized recommendations.
 Guest checkout: Allow users to make purchases without creating an account for a
faster checkout experience.

Shopping Cart and Checkout:

 Shopping cart: Users should be able to add and remove items from their shopping
cart, view the total cost, and apply any discounts or promotions.
 Secure checkout process: The checkout process should be secure and user-
friendly, allowing users to enter their billing and shipping information safely.
 Multiple payment options: Offer various payment methods, including credit cards,
debit cards, mobile wallets, and cash on delivery (COD) if applicable.

Order Management and Tracking:

 Order confirmation: Users should receive confirmation emails or notifications after


placing an order.
 Order tracking: Users should be able to track the status of their orders and
estimated delivery times.
 Order history: Users should be able to view their past order history.

Additional functionalities:

 Wishlists: Allow users to save products they are interested in for later purchase.

 The app should be available and functional for users most of the time (high uptime).
