quote.
- 25% of total price is due once materials are ready to install, prior to
scheduling installation.
- 25% of total price is DUE UPON COMPLETION
* Window Fix reserves the right to collect partial payments based on
the percentage of work completed at any time*
- Interest charges to aged accounts - Any outstanding balances not
paid when due as agreed will accrue an interest charge of 1 and 1/2
percent per month from the due date until paid. Window-Fix shall be
entitled to payment of reasonable attorney fees incurred in collection
of any and all delinquent accounts of buyer or necessitated by buyer's
breach of contract. *Once job are complete accounts will begin to
age*
- Any payment obligations by third parties to pay balance will not
impact this agreement and payment will be the responsibility of the
party listed in this agreement.
- All of our prices reflect our cash, check, wire discount. Any use of a
credit or debit card will incur a 3.95% surcharge that is forwarded
directly to the credit card processing company. Window-Fix, Inc. does
not keep any portion of the surcharge

 - Changes to the scope of work, details, and or quantities listed may
result in a change in price.
- Building Permits

- Union or Prevailing Wage Labor/Certified Payroll are excluded.

- By signing below, you agree to be sued in a court of competent
jurisdiction in New York, located in the county of New York or Kings,
at our discretion, without regards to any conflicts of laws.
- Client is responsible to provide safe and secure electrical power
supply for power tools if needed. Window Fix is not responsible for
any damage, outages, or issues with outlets as it is the responsibility
of the client to provide safe and secure connection points.
- Customer is solely responsible for confirming specifications such as
color, glass type, style, configurations, etc. WindowFix can provide
samples and basic product drawings upon request. Window-Fix will
not be responsible for specification changes once the Quote is signed.

- COI Certificates of insurance are available and request/requirements

must be presented to WindowFix by the client prior to scheduling
installation. If request for COI are asked for upon arrival of technician
to begin install, and delays occur as a result you will incur a charge of
$250.

- Changes to the scope of work above may result in changes to the

price. Only the services on your quote and dispatch will be performed
by WindowFix. If you require additional services, a new quote and
dispatch will be issued to you and a new appointment will be provided
to you for those additional services.

-WindowFix will provide exactly what is listed on this Quote and

Contract for service.
- Window-Fix reserves the right to visit the job site multiple times to
verify details. All updates, changes, and revisions made will be
reflected on the Quote and Contract for Service and will require
Customer's signature and initials to each change.

- Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary building permission

required for work to be done. If such permission is denied, WindowFix
shall be entitled to reimbursement of all cost incurred to date.
Additionally, It is the responsibility of each Customer to obtain
appropriate building approvals so that Window-Fix can conduct the
business it was hired to do. If WindowFix is refused entry because
Customer failed to obtain permission from the Building Management
Company, Customer shall incur additional fees.

General Job-site Exclusions

- Protection beyond a basic level.
- Repair of all types of wall conditions such as painting, patching,

 drywall, and plastering are NOT included in this price and are not the
responsibility of WindowFix. The Company does not offer these
services.
- Water infiltrating from sources other than the window, door, glass or
product installed by WindowFix itself such as roof, lintels, masonry,
siding, stucco or any other building material is NOT the responsibility
of WindowFix.

- Client must provide a clear path to the area with a Minimum space
required is at least 3 feet.WindowFix is required to work both interior
and exterior. If WindowFix cannot access the site in question, your
appointment will be canceled and you will incur a charge of $250.
- Removal and reinstallation of furniture, and any other obstructions
including window treatments, bars, fans, alarms, electrical
conduit/wires, cable/phone wires, and air conditioner.
- Scaffolding, Sidewalk Bridge, Aerial Lifts
- Hoisting and or rigging, if required .
- All Exterior finish work such as masonry, siding, EFS
- Lead Safety Practices available upon request fees may apply
- Hazardous demolition and/abatement, if any
- After Hour/ Overtime, Holiday, or Weekend Labor Excluded,
additional fees may apply if required.
- Removal and reinstallation of furniture, and any other obstructions
including window treatments, bars, fans, alarms, electrical
conduit/wires, cable/phone wires, and air conditioner.
- Client must provide a clear path to the area. Minimum space
required is at least 3 feet around work area.
-Window Fix cannot assume responsibly for a window or door design
pressure, and performance grade; specifically the window or doors
ability to stop air, wind, sound, or water, this is the responsibility of
the window and door manufacturer. When repairing or replacing
parts of a window or door we can only address operation of these
individual parts.

-Window Fix cannot assume responsibility for the existing window or

door installation if we did not install the window or door. -- Repairing
or replacing parts is an attempt to improve the existing problematic
window or door.
-Multi point windows and doors: This is a complex locking system. It
can take minutes, hours, days to try to address. It may take multiple
visits. Client agrees to provide access as needed. We charge a flat rate
for our time which is due regardless of the result. You the client
understand these systems are unpredictable.

-After your order is placed, we will acknowledge the ship / work date
as soon as possible. Any statement written or verbal of schedule prior
to receipt of payment and signed quote is subject to change
depending on other work at that time.
- Prices are only locked in once ALL of the following are 100%

 complete. Quote is signed, deposit is received, purchase orders do
not qualify, drawings and specifications are fully provided, field
measurements are submitted for shop drawings if required and job is
ready to order. If shop drawings are to be approved this needs to be
completed immediately. If delayed on any of these, material price
increases and any incurred costs will be passed along as a change
order.

- Lead time for products manufactured by others are not the

responsibility of WindowFix. You agree to hold Window-Fix harmless
against any and all loss resulting from any delays resulting from
outside manufacturers.

driving up prices daily.

Lead times are unpredictable due to a ripple effect of delays across all supply chains. The lead times we present are
