Deployment Guide

Usage Instructions:
1. Required to fill all the details, for non-applicable rows mark as NA
2. * indicates Mandatory field
3. You may reach MCP team in case of any information or clarifications required
4. Database Script files must contain a Sequential Number starting from 01 (ex: 01-TableScript.sql)
5. You can add configuration changes and environment specific information in Additional Instruction section.
6. Deployment guide must reach MCP in .PDF Format. To do so, save the file as PDF after filling the info.

Release Details
Account* Appalachian Enter the Account Name (Ex: Appalachian)
Project* AssetGuard Enter the Project Name (Ex: Attune)
Release Release V1.59.0.20 Enter the Release Version (Ex: v1.1.0.1)
Release Data Fix Enter the Release Type (Ex: FixPack, Upgrade)
