My academic background includes a Master's and M.Phil. degree in TESOL, and I have been teaching English as a second language for over 7 years at national-level universities. I have reviewed and solely designed different course modules for the undergraduate based on Bloom’s Taxonomy, mainly Academic English/Functional English, Communication Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills, and Technical Report Writing, which are considered essential in practical and field communication in industry. My responsibilities as a member of CRC at the EE Dept. of Superior University not only include delivering innovative and high-quality teaching content to the students, but also ensuring that other faculty members meet the same requirements, which can equip students with skills, knowledge, and appropriate attributes for successful and lifelong learning. I also guide my colleagues to design their course modules in a way that students stay up-to-date with newer technologies for their continuous interest in the courses. My personal mode of teaching is a blend of presentations, visual content, practical work, flipped classroom, and group activities, ensuring equal involvement of each student. The use of modern teaching methods, such as including IT and appropriate media, has always been my focus while designing courses. In my humble opinion, teaching is not only a profession; it is a passion towards shaping one’s future in a positive and productive direction. Besides my teaching capabilities, I have diverse experience supervising Master (TESOL) students. I am fully capable of supervising individual and group-based student activities, including dissertations. I am not confined to teaching Electrical Engineering students only, as I also teach in the Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering Department.
