QUESTION 1- Pls tell a brief introduction about RAH INFOTECH?
ANSWER -RAH Infotech was established in 2005 with a focus on providing state-of-
the-art technology solutions in association with Global IT leaders. In over a decade
of its operations, RAH Infotech has been consistently providing world class IT
solutions to a large number of channel partners and corporates in India and SAARC
countries. Headquartered in Gurgaon, RAH Infotech has presence across the
country with International presence in Netherlands, Singapore, UAE, UK and USA.

QUESTION 2- What are your services and your objective?


ANSWER RAH Infotech has been providing world class IT solutions to a large
number of channel partners and corporates in India and SAARC countries. Our
objective is to be the best at identifying, qualifying and delivering technology
solutions that offer lasting business value to our customers and enable our partners
to meet their business goals more effectively. We bring the right technology, people
and strategy to build, manage and operate critical IT Infrastructure and service
operation of our customers & partners

QUESTION 3-Pls tell some information about your products ?


ANSWER-As the technology required to run our business evolves, so does the
volume and complexity of threats against it. Our robust portfolio of comprehensive
and industry leading products and solutions deliver unparalleled protection with
reduced complexity and lower maintenance costs from the endpoint to the data
center to the cloud. Some of our security solutions include Network, Data, Mobile &
End point, Firewall, Web, Email, Application and Cyber Security.

1)NETSKOPE-The Netskope security cloud is an cloud based security platform that

2)Trellix- Trellix is a privately held cybersecurity company founded in 2022. It has


been involved in the detection and prevention of major cybersecurity attacks. It
provides hardware, software, and services to investigate cybersecurity attacks,
protect against malicious software, and analyze IT security risks.

QUESTION 4-WHAT IS YOUR EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND ?


ANSWER- I did my schooling from a government school in garhi, Haryana then I did
a computer course on IT from an private institute later on I persued bsc in IT from
AAI University.

QUESTION 5 – HOW YOU THOUGHT TO START A BUISNESS IN THE IT


SECTOR?
ANSWER- So when I was in my 10th class that time I got to know about computers
and I saw it first time in the principal office and from that day I asked my teachers
about it and started to learn computers from the school principle, from that time till
today I have never left the computers. so, in 2005 I was having some capital to start
a business and I saw IT as a department of my expertise so I started RAH
INFOTECH.

Question 6-How you started your career and with how much capital you
started RAH INFOTECH?
Answer – I started my career in early 90’s I did a job in fastech technology in
Gurgaon where I got rupees 1750 monthly salary. I had my rules that this is my first
and last job . I grinded over 6 years in the same company with working more than 15
hours a day . in 2002 I thought to start a business but the plan required capital so it
took me more 3 years to start a business I managed to save 6lakh rupees till 2005
and I started RAH I took a short loan from my friend which I repaid in 6 months .
QUESTION 7- Tell about the challenges you faced to start to a business?
ANSWER- so the biggest challenge I faced was that I didn’t have any business
background I have to start everything from scratch with less information I had
learned thing with time but it was a difficult phase in the initial period. And I was
technical person not a sales or marketing person I got very confused how to do sales
and marketing with limited capital and lack of knowledge so with this we figured out
the solution by creating a team with proper knowledge and trust , second biggest
challenge was how to arrange capital I thought to start a business we need million of
capital but that I figured out by taking short loan from my friend that I repaid in 6
months and to find a right person for the right place was also a big challenge as we
got many employees who were not enough qualified then we managed to do a
proper hiring examination before hiring an employee.

QUESTION 8- What is the growth rate of RAH INFOTECT ?


Answer We are India’s fastest growing technology value added distributor for four
years in a row and on a mission to provide the most advanced technological
solutions to our channel partners and customers. RAH Infotech is amongst country’s
top value added distributors with an extensive portfolio of information management
solutions. We are in a constant look out for people who share our passion and
possess entrepreneurial spirit to take the organization to next level.

Questions 9-Is there social responsibilities taken by you?


Answer- RAH Infotech is a responsible corporate and we take our social
responsibility quite seriously. Because we deal in IT industry, we make
sure our IT equipment and related e-waste get proper treatment to
minimize the impact on our beautiful earth.
Question 10- what were your key strategy that helped you the most?
Answer- I have never thought a strategy but yes there is one simple rule
that from the start of 2005 I am rotating the money at least twice a month
I was working in a manner that I had to rotate the money anyhow so I
can make money. In early 2000’s there was not any such margin areas
we had a nice margin so within 1 or 2 year I had a confidence to handle
all type of problems and situations without anyone’s support.

Question 11- what is your message to the new startups?


Answer – A message to the new startups can be that the path to success
is very difficult. always remember that if you are doing something you
have to earn money don’t get burdens of to much loans and one main
suggestion that is very common now days that don’t start a business
with short time mindset like I will take exit in 5 years etc keep the
mindset for long term always see what you can do so the business has
clear path for future.

Question 12- what are the biggest mistake you think you have done in your
professional career?
Answer – I have done a lots of blunder in my career let me tell you
some , in 2009 according to records we were having some problems of
sales and marketing so I fired the manager because of my anger issue
but later on when we discussed in meeting we got to know there was a
problem in accounts by the CA . So because of the anger issue I lost my
manager who helped the company from the initial stage
