    It is a privilege to share my support and recommendation for Hailey Rau in her
    Ashley Johnson
    pursuit of Graduate School. As an employee of the Boys & Girls Club of
    Watertown, I have had the pleasure of knowing and collaborating with Hailey Rau

    for the last year as we have worked together to help youth within the Youth
    Dr. Michael Johnson
    Diversion Program. Hailey has been a tremendous partner and a valuable asset to the

    youth and families we serve, and I want to take this opportunity to recommend Mrs.

    Rau for your graduate program.

    Hailey’s assistance has been most valuable in our diversion program. Working with
    Lydia Newman youth involved in legal trouble is challenging work, and it is so true that it takes a
    Kristina Pearson village to raise a child. In an effort to get youth the support and redirection they
    Janine Rew-Werling need, I am always looking for help in the community, and Hailey has become my
    Alex Rieffenberger first phone call in most situation because of her passion and dedication for the youth

    Becky Weber advice has been a great help to both myself and the members she has worked with
    Gary Weckwerth through these programs, and we are seeing great results.

    I feel confident that Hailey will continue to succeed in her studies in the area of
    BOARD OF TRUSTEES social work. In the time that I have known Hailey, she has been very dedicated to
    Tom Burns helping people, especially those in difficult situations. It is for these reasons that I
    Lisa Carrico offer high recommendations for Hailey without reservation. Her drive and abilities
    Dale Christensen will truly be an asset to your program. If you have any questions regarding this
