The Layton Rahmatulla Benevolent Trust (Accountant), Finance Department. Feb-2018 to Till Date
Responsibilities:

 Maintaining fixed assets record.


 Physical checking of Fixed Assets inventory on quarterly basis and reporting to the management for
variances.
 To arrange tagging of all Fixed Assets.
 Maintain and Record Prepayment, Equipment in Transit, Donation In Kind
 Record Depreciation of Fixed Assets.
 Maintain and Record Insurance of Fixed Asset.
 Converting complete data regarding Fixed Asset manual ledgers to computerized software.
 Assisted budget team prepare budget annually and presented it to senior management.
 Reviewed financial documents, purchases orders, vouchers, and invoices for record Fixed Asset.
