    “ UAAP Game: La Salle Green Archers Overthrows FEU Tamaraws with a score of 75-72 in
    game”

    The La Salle Green Archers overshoots FEU Tamaraws with a score difference of 2
    points in their 75-73 game at the end of UAAP Basketball Game at Araneta Coliseum last
    Wednesday.

    In the heat of a sunny afternoon, the jam-packed crowd is equally divided among both
    teams. In the first half, a roller-coaster encounter ended at an 18-13 slim margin for Archers.
    For the second half, the game was still close with La Salle building a 60-49 advantage with 1:51
    minutes left in the third quarter off a three-pointer by Go in the third half of the game, but it
    was FEU that ended the frame on a strong note.

    Meanwhile, Kenneth Tuffin scored five straight markers to highlight a 7-2 run, ensuring
    that the Tamaraws entered the final period with a manageable 62-56 deficit. By the last 2
    minutes of the game, putting on the line once again by Tuffin, Rivero made his first free throw,
    but was shockingly called for a free throw violation with 2.2 seconds left, giving the Tamaraws a
    chance to either tie or even win the game outright. Unfortunately for FEU, it was not meant to
    be: Ron Dennison's inbound pass was easily read and intercepted by Andrei Caracut, who
    dribbled out the ball as time expired.

    In praise for the heroes of the game, Ricci Rivero shone for La Salle with 20 points on 9-
    of-15 shooting, while also adding four assists and five steals. Ben Mbala had a double-double of
    18 points and 17 rebounds, but it was Jollo Go who saved the day for La Salle with timely
    buckets in the final quarter.

    "Thankful lang ako sa mga teammates and coaches ko," said Go in an interview, who
    finished with 14 points and made four of his five triples. "Grabe ang confidence na binibigay
    nila. Every time,sinasabihan nila ako na be confident lang." he added.

    Furthermore, the team scores indicate the number of points scored by each players of
