    JOB SEGMENT & INDUSTRY : IT Services & IT Consulting

    DESIGNATION : Software Engineer Trainee

    QUALIFICATION : B.E./B.Tech (All Stream) & MCA


    Engineers at Riktam build Web and Mobile Applications
    BATCH : 2024

    SALARY & BENEFITS PACKAGE : INR 25,000/- per month during the
    training period. INR. 45,833/- per month post training. (INR 5,50,000/- per
    annum)

    GENDER : Any

    PROBATION / TRAINING PERIOD : 6 Months

    CUT OFF CRITERIA : Min.75% & above in Xth, XIIth or Diploma &
    Min.58% & above in B.E./B.Tech, MCA & Graduation. Gaps/backlogs
    during the above course is not acceptable

    SERVICE AGREEMENT : A bond agreement has to be signed at the start of


    the internship / training for a period of 1.5 yrs. Bond penalty stands at 1
    lakh.

    INTERVIEW MODE : Virtual
