    OUTSTANDING LOAN – DEMAND NOTICE


    The above subject refers.

    We act as solicitors to Fezotech Nigeria Limited the operators of Kashcash Loan App ("our Client"), on whose instruction we write to you as
    follows:

    Our Client informed us that pursuant to a loan agreement dated 01-Feb-2024, you took a loan in the sum of NGN 51,600.00 from our Client via its
    Kashcash Loan App. According to the loan agreement, your repayment was due on 07-Feb-2024. It is our understanding that our Client has through
    various messages and phone calls notified you of your overdue loan.

    As of today, your total indebtedness to our Client is NGN 82,231.27 representing the outstanding principal loan, interest and default fee.

    In view of the above, we hereby demand the payment of the sum of NGN 82,231.27 within 5 days of your receipt of this notice.

    Kindly pay the above sum to our client's account details as follows:

    Please note that our Client will deem this dispute as amicably settled against you if the above sum is paid within 5 days. However, in the event of
