Payment -
a. Within 30 days from certification of the bill.
b. GST as applicable will be reimbursed to you after submission of GST payment evidence at our Site Accounts.
c. Income Tax will be deducted from your bill as applicable.
d. Recoveries if any will be done from your RA bill on monthly basis.
e. Cost of materials issued on cost recovery basis, if any, shall be deducted from bills on cost plus 15% basis.
Safety -
a. The Vendor shall strictly abide by the EHS norms/policy of the Hirer, of the Client and as instructed by the Safety In
charge/site Engineer of Hirer.
b. Operators, helpers and Mechanics should be trained for safe operation of the plant.
