Application Details
Mixing Ratio Comp. (A) : Comp. (B) 1: 4 parts by weight.
1: 3 parts by volume.
Substrate Clean, free from grease and oil, loose concrete and rust particles.
Preparation of reinforcing steel:
Optimal: sand blasting.
Minimum: thorough cleaning with steel brush.
Mixing Only mix as much material as can be safely applied within the pot lifetime. Fill
component (A) (liquid) into a suitable mixing container and add the corresponding
quantity of component (B) (powder). Mix together thoroughly for 3 minutes, small
amounts by hand and larger amounts using a low-speed electric mixer (max. 250
r.p.m.). Mix in as little air as possible.
The mixed material should have a brushable, barely dripping consistency. If
necessary the consistency can be adjusted by adding one of the components and
mixing thoroughly.

Precautions If Sika Top Armatec -108 is accidentally splashed into eyes, nose, mouth or throat,
flush affected area with plenty of clean, warm water and seek medical attention.
