How to finish:
Using the long tail of yarn, start from second loop. Sew the opening through the front loops by
going across each stitches (fig 8, 9, 10).
RUFFLES
Lay your head with the back side facing you. Work on the remaining front loops from round 12
to 2. Insert your hook to last loop of round 12 and pick up the yarn (fig 11). Crochet 3 chains (fig
12) and slip stitch in next loop (fig 13).
Make the combination of (3 ch + slst) in each front loop going from bottom to top (fig 14, 15,

Cut the yarn leaving a long tail for sewing.
Sew the strip to ring how showed on photos (fig 25, 26).

Turn your work, bring the yarn around the loop (from left to right). Now the yarn lays in front of
the loop (fig 37). Insert your hook in a stitch and make a sc. You will have to repeat the process
in every stitch around the bow. Make 2 sc in every corner (fig 38, 39).
Make a lace of 70 chains. Use this lace to tie the center of the bow and onto the neck of the
giraffe (fig 40, 41).
