In the Input Box, enter Input your password You will be presented with your Teleperformance ID associated with that a screen informing you and click on the Purple user that more information Box with White Arrow is required
Step 5 Now to set up your MFA! You will be asked to Download the Microsoft Authenticator App from App Store or Play Store. This is the easiest way to use MFA with your Teleperformance ID. There are other Apps available, and other methods, but we recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator App.

Click on “Add Account” in
the Microsoft Authenticator App and “Next” on your screen
On the Microsoft Authenticator App, you will click on “Add work or School account”
Step 8 Click on “Work or School account” and “Scan QR Code”. Simply scan the QR Code shown on screen. “Allow Notifications” at this point also. In your Authenticator App, it will ask you Step 9 to “Approve”. Click the “Approve”

Step 10 authentication has been successful. Click the next buttons on each screen, and “Accept” the Permissions Requested
That’s it! You will be taken to the mytp.ontp.app home page, where you will be able to access CCMS, myTP WFM and myTP Learning without the need to complete your full authentication. In future logins, you will be prompted by Microsoft for a One Time Passcode (OTP) from the Microsoft Authenticator App. This is your secure MFA!
