    PROJECT DETAILS

    Aircraft Design Project


     During my engineering program, we worked on a project called "180-Seat Passenger Aircraft."Using
    design tools, we estimated and created each component of the 180-seat passenger aeroplane for this
    project ( Solid Work & Catia). We conducted a comparison analysis of five identical-model aircraft to
    determine the following factors including take-off weight, aspect ratio, wing area, thrust to weight ratio,
    and other design requirements.

    Remote Controlling (RC) Aircraft


     RC-Aircraft are designed and analysed in this project using design and analysis software such as Catia,
    Ansys, and Solidwork. Because it is affordable and lightweight, we decided to use PVC foam board for
    fabrication. Our RC aeroplane, which is made primarily of PVC foam board with some metal and non-
    metal components in critically stressed areas like the landing gear and wing struts, has a very high
    strength to weight ratio.

    Contra Rotating Propeller Gearbox System


     During my engineering studies, we worked on a small project called Contra Rotating Propeller
    (commonly known as CRP), where we built and made the gearbox system used to power the contra-
    rotating propeller using an electric motor. Power is sent from the motor to the propellers using a
    planetary gear or spur gear transmission, which are positioned one after the other.

     I was selected to compete in the "Model Aircraft Design Challenge 1.0", a nationwide aircraft
    competition organized by the Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College in Coimbatore, where our
    design placed among the top 5.
     During the academic year 2021–2022, I got the top place in academia.
     I attended in the Blog-A-Thon during the E-Summit-22, which was organized by IIT Bhu
    Varanasi.
     I have been recognized as an event ambassador for organising a significant webinar on
    "Implementation of GIS Technology in Modern Development" that was hosted by Team
    2020 and affiliated with the Unique Mapper Team, Nigeria, and was broadcast on a global
    scale.
