    Sunshine Books Proprietary Limited hold the property situated at 17 Uranus Street, N1
    Gateway Park, Nellmapius, Pretoria, in terms of Deed of Transfer T1234/2008. The
    property description in the Deed of Transfer is Erf 584, situated in the township
    Nellmapius, Registration Division D.P. Province of Gauteng, In extent 900 square
    meters. Sunshine Books Proprietary Limited sold the property to John Jackson,
    unmarried, for the amount of R2 300 000. The contract of sale was signed on 13 May
    2022.
    When Sunshine Books bought the property in 2008, they borrowed R400 000 from FNB
    Limited and R700 000 from Capitec Ltd to pay the purchase price. Both banks
    registered bonds over the property namely B1834/08 and B9876/08 respectively.

    John Jackson, borrowed R1400 000 from Nedbank Ltd, and R900 000 from Standard
    Bank Ltd, to pay the purchase price. As security for the repayment of the money
    borrowed by John Jackson, bonds will be registered over the property.
