    CSG Campus Hiring 2024

    SDE Grad

    SDE Grad will gain corporate office experience by working on projects for departments such as
    Software development, Data services, Platform Architecture, and others.

    A successful developer could grow into a new position in a variety of different areas, including:

    • Software Development
    • Automation
    • DevOps
    • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Global Database

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • Basic knowledge of C/ C++ / Java/ C#
    • Database knowledge like SQL server
    • OOPS and Data Structures understanding.
    • Knowledge of Software development lifecycle
    • Good to have: Python/JS, Cloud concepts, AWS basics

    Test Engineer Grad

    • This job responsibility is to understand the testing process, standards, tools, approaches
    and build a continuous learning mindset.
    • You will be responsible to learn how to prepare the test scenarios from the requirement
    document and learn the test scenarios review process.
    • You will be responsible for learning the automation tools, preparing the scripts, executing
    the scripts, troubleshooting the errors and script maintenance.
    • You will be also responsible on creating the defects, retesting the defects and closing the
    defects.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • Basic understanding of testing methodologies (Agile).
    • Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, C#, .NET, XUnit
    • Database knowledge like SQL server
    • Knowledge of Software testing lifecycle
    Platform Engineer

    • Platform Engineering is responsible for the delivery of CSG’s product offerings.


    • They provide predictable and measurable platform and environment sizing, installation,
    maintenance, delivery, and support.
    • They engineer quality processes and performance into each solution in a continuous and
    iterative process. Platform Engineering is a SAFE defined System Team that is focused on
    improving product delivery execution by engineering standards, components, automation,
    and efficiencies into each solution.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • Basic knowledge of C/ C++ / Java/ C#
    • Database knowledge like SQL server
    • OOPS and Data Structures understanding.
    • Knowledge of Software development lifecycle

    Operations Engineer

    • This responsible/accountable for streamlining offerings to CSG’s end customers.


    • They take solutions from development and ensure they are operationally sound prior to
    rolling into production.
    • Products are evaluated and prepared for installation, configuration, monitoring,
    diagnostics, and process / procedure to ensure minimal impact as they are released.
    • Production optimization from a personnel perspective is a critical point and leveraging
    technology to ensure solutions adhere to customers SLA requirements for availability.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:


    • Basic knowledge of C/ C++ / Java/ C#
    • Database knowledge like SQL server
    • OOPS and Data Structures understanding.
    • Knowledge of Software development lifecycle
    • Good to have- Any scripting language.
