PERFORMANCE TASK 3
WRITING REFLECTION

Reflecting on my observations in kindergarten, I've noticed the critical

importance of consistently reminding students about classroom rules, engaging

activities, and basic skills. Establishing effective class routines and a solid structure

lays the groundwork for an optimal learning environment. However, if classroom

management is not prioritized, these routines may falter.

For example, overlooking noise disruptions or disruptive behavior can erode

the established structure, leading to inconsistent adherence and potential chaos during

transitions or activities. Moreover, such disruptions diminish instructional time and

impede the learning process for all students.

Therefore, alongside implementing clear routines and structure, teachers

must hone strong classroom management skills. This entails employing strategies to

maintain order, promptly addressing disruptions, and cultivating a positive learning

atmosphere where students feel supported and engaged.

By integrating effective class routines, a solid structure, and proficient classroom

management, educators foster an environment conducive to learning, growth, and academic

success for all students.
