Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

As Senior Mechanical Project engineer have responsible for :
• Deliver safety performance to the project team include contractor refer to Safety Management Plan
• Develop all safety document related, prior to work execution (JSEA and other permits)
• Deliver continuous improvement idea and implementation to support production line, maintenance area, utility, and
warehouse area.
• Develop technical document related to new equipment provision or equipment modification
• Manage communication with contractor related to job offer, tendering process, and work execution
• Support NSBI Strategic Project and small improvement project related to Mechanical Design, Mechanical Installation,

• Ensure project compliance with all regulation and Code of Practice (COP) and government regulation.

Mechanical Maintenance Planner (2021- 2023)

 Manage performance orders for KPDP (Krakatau Workshop and maintenance) hoist,
 Manage and check the activity of the KPDP (Krakatau Workshop and maintenance) inspection / repair team with
various types of hoist facilities and various inspection conditions and improvements aim to preventive. Total hoist at
PTKP There are 163 Hoists facility.
Inventory Management Facility Mechanical (2021- 2023)

Inventory Management QUA04 (Purchase material QUA04 from Mechanical Team for the needs of the
mechanical team and workshops).
OS Company Facility & Heavy Equipment Inspection for Secured Safety and Performance (2020- 2023)

Mechanical Surveying Engineer (2015-2021)

 Perform precise condition monitoring, inspection, and measurement at PTKP facilities to support maintenance or
operation through surveying Dimensional control (DSS, FM Stand & R/T, CCP segment & bender alignment stand).

Structure analyze & Design (2013-2015)

- Provide technical review for mechanical problem on the field
- Make a facility failure report , Developing mechanical failure analysis to find possibility cause of failure by
collecting important information, doing research and improvement with scientific data.
 Structure Analysis (MIDAS GEN)
- Analyzing strengthness of stell structure facilities by performing structure analysis software so to prevent the
failure by giving reinforcement recommendation by using Software Structure MIDAS GEN and Autodesk
Inventor.
- Review and analyze the existing structure condition as requested
 Improvement Design & Review
- Review the improvement plan needed by plant member
- Support the implementation activity (Fabrication,Installation & Construction)
 Support Investment Project
- Review the effectivity of investment project (for Internal or special request)
- Reviewing Investment program from each industrial plant by considering reason of investment, effectiveness
and budget allocation.
 Support Maintenance Activity
- Assist Annual maintenance and critical facility maintenance in each industrial plant (CB/SD/MR/Emergency)
- Provide all of the facility information and drawing necessary
 W.O Scheduling Drawing Request
- Improve the effectiveness of drawing team to increase completion ratio to 90%
- Optimize the PT.KP resources to complete redrawing works
Commisioning Project (2013-2014)

 Inspecting all Belt Conveyor in each industrial plant in PT Krakatau Posco, with visual inspection and make
recommendation for repairing of Belt Conveyor if there is something failure.
 Managing drawing work request , scheduling and prepare man power for commisioning.
 Analyzing the need of bridge in area Krakatau Posco in order to smooth in operation
Modelling and analyzing belt conveyor in each industrial plant by using software MIDAS GEN and giving
recommendation for reinforcement.

 MPGH (Multiple Purpose Gas Holder) : MPGH is one of the first gas holder facilities in the world made by KP to
accommodate BFG and COG gas. The manufacturing process starts from 2017-2019, the Mechanical Diagnosis
technology is very helpful in the construction process (fabrication, assembly, inspection, etc) until operation. (2017-
2019)
 Replacement Of Sintered Cooler Dip Rail : Dip Rail is critical equipment in sinter plant. After operation 3.8 years, the
bottom side of Dip Rail has been wear, so the cooler not rotated smoothly. If the Dip Rail failure, the sinter cooler can’t
rotate and stop the sinter operation (2018- 2019)
