    Solids
    Solids are things like wood, glass and sand.
    Solids stay the same shape unless they are compressed, stretched, twisted or bent.
    Solids feel dry when you touch them.
    Here are some solids.

    Liquids
    Liquids are things like water, milk and cola.
    Liquids change shape easily. Liquids are often kept in bottles.
    Liquids feel wet when you touch them.
