T-shirts and Apparels
Find a manufacturer that suits your
needs. The most common materials used for t- shirts are cotton terry, French terry, cotton mix, and 100% cotton. The most common GSM is 180–240. 180 being average weight and 240 being heavy weight. For a better result, use 200–220 GSM. For the best result, use 240GSM.
Do’s and Don’ts
Don’t go for very stretchy fabric.
Don’t go for fabrics below 160 GSM. Designs with a high stitch count shouldn’t be embroidered on light- weight fabric. Step 2

packaging material and miscellaneous items.

Build Online Shop
Make an Instagram account to showcase your product. We will share raw clips of your embroidered apparel, and you can post them on your social media to gain people’s trust.
You can also make a website look more
trustworthy in people’s eyes. Step 4
Ship Your Items
You can send your inventory to our
address. We will manage it for you.
We can either embroider your entire
batch and ship it back to you, or we can embroider your apparel whenever you receive an order so that you never have any dead stock.
You can then schedule a shipment for
your customers, and we will pack your item with all the tags and cards you’ve provided in your brand’s customized packaging and hand it over to the pickup executive of the respective logistics. Embroidery Pricing
We charge ₹200 per hour for
embroidery. This includes embroidery, videography, design suggestions, guidance, packing, etc. Embroidery works in stitches. Every design has a different stitch count.
For example, a design with 25,000 will
run at the Avg. speed of 550 stitches per minute will be completed in 45 minutes. +5 minutes to set the T-shirt for the machine, +5/10 minutes to remove it, give it a final touch, iron it, and pack it. Total time taken = 1 hour; total embroidery cost = ₹200
More stitch counts or more orders of a
single design make the machine work faster and will be more cost-efficient.

These types of designs have a
stitch count of around 10k and take about 30 minutes to get embroidered. The price is around ₹100.

the internet, Etsy, Pinterest, or from us in case we have the design, and we will provide it to you for a lower price.
Custom Design
If you have an image that you wish to
convert into embroidery design, then we will provide you with the digitizer’s contact information, who will make any image into embroidery design. Charges are applicable.
Do’s and Don’ts
Don’t buy designs from untrusted websites. Don’t always go for a cheaper version of the design. The digitizer plays a very important role in how the design will look after embroidery, so buy designs from an experienced digitizer. Embroidery Design Size
The most common hoop size is 11.4
inches. Most designs available on the internet are either 9 inches, 7 inches, or less. It is preferred to have designs under this hoop size, as it will be cost- efficient.
