2 Drawworks Assembly
The drawworks assembly consists of a wireline drum (single drum), brake device, hand mechanism,
automatic wire arrangement, etc.

3 The hydraulic system
3.1. Hydraulic system of drawworks
The hydraulic system of drawworks adopts closed hydraulic system, which is mainly composed of
oil filter, variable pump, large torque motor, pressure gauge, overflow valve, oil tank, hydraulic oil
radiator, level gauge and high-pressure rubber hose.The positive and negative rotation of the
drawworks is realized by controlling the handle of the variable pump.By controlling the engine
throttle and the handle of the variable pump, the drawworks can achieve low speed and high speed
rotation, the speed adjustment range is wide, the system noise is small, the work is stable and
reliable.

3.2. Hydraulic system of the main vehicle
The hydraulic system of the main vehicle adopts the open hydraulic system. The gear pump driven
by the same shaft with the variable pump is used as the power. Through the manual reversing valve,
the BOP pipe rack (mast) is controlled to rise and fall.
Rated pressure: 16 MPa
Maximum pressure: 20 MPa
Equipped with a small hydraulic winch hoisting BOP pipe.
4 Drawworks metering system
It is used to display the parameters such as the depth, tension, speed and velocity gradient under
the wireline. The depth of the target layer can be set through the panel, and it has the function of
automatic alarm at 100m from the wellhead and 100m from the bottom of the well.

5 BOP Pipe rack(mast)
BOP Pipe (mast) is a single section of the front-opening mast.It is made of high strength rectangular
steel tube, steel plate, channel steel, Angle steel, etc. The main material of the mast is 16Mn
rectangular tube.

Working height of BOP rack: ≥8m
6 Take power system

The take power system is transmitted to the drawworks drum and each actuator through the main
vehicle gearbox and the power driven hydraulic pump taken out by the take power device.
7 The electrical system
The electrical system adopts the main vehicle power , mainly control the hydraulic pump, the
radiator, the drawwork metering device, the well site light and so on.

8 Air circuit system
The air system is mainly used to complete the hanging and closing of the force extractor, the
hanging and closing of the drum clutch, and the gas-controlled oil door, etc. It is composed of a
reversing valve, a handwheel pressure regulating valve, a diaphragm cylinder, a cylinder and a
pressure gauge.
Working pressure: 0.55 ~ 0.80MPa
The drawworks and chassis air circuit use the same air source, but they should operate
independently, and the drawworks part must be equipped with a separate air source master switch,
so that part of the drawworks air circuit in the case of air leakage can be cut off the air source, does
not affect the safety of driving.
9 Other
Equipped with wellsite lights when leaving the factory;
Keep warm in the operation room. The wall shall be an insulation wall and engine water heating
shall be added.Business notebook (chinese-english interface).
