    Ma'am/Sir,
    eundersigned is directed to state that a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
    NABARD
    has been signed between Ministry of Cooperation, Ministry of Electronics &IT,

    and CSC e-Governance Services India Limited (CSC-SPV) to enable PACS to
    as Common Service Centres (copy enclosed). To this end, Model Byelaws
