Hernandez WHEREAS, presented for appropriate action by the Sangguniang Pan| PDC Resolution No. 04, series of 2024, entitled: Resolution Endorsing the Approved Repair and Maintenance of DILG Provincial Otfice of Camarines Sur and Refleeting of DILG Vehicles tothe wigan is a copy of gional Development Council (RDC) for Inclusion in the Regional Development Investment Plan (RDIP), to Sangguniang Panlalawigan for Approval; WHEREAS, on February 12, 2024, the Department of Interior and Local Government Unit (DILG) of Camarines Sur sent an urgent request to Hon. V nzo Renato Luigi R. Villatuerte, Provincial Governor of Camarines Sur, of POC Endorsement for inclusion to the 2025 Ri nt Investment Program (RDIP) Budget; WHEREAS, for FY 2025, the Priority PAPs for DILG for the Repair and Maintenance of DILG Provineial Office is Fifteen Million (Php 15,000,000.00) Pesos and for the Refleeting; of DILG Vehicles is One Million Eight Hundred Thousand (Php 1,800,000.00) Pesos oo gm CERTIFIED SCAN COP¥WHEREAS, the DILG Provincial Office believes that with the pivotal leadership and support of the Provincial Governor, these projects (PPAs) would enhance local governance infrastructures, improve public service delivery and contribute significantly to. the advancement of the community NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Romulo O. Hernandez, which was unanimously seconded, be it RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to approve and adopt, as it hereby approves and adopts, Provincial Development Council Resohition No. 04, series of 2024, endorsing, the Approved Repair and Maintenance of DILG Provincial Oifice of Camarines Sur and Refleeting of DILG Vehicles to the Regional Development Council (RDC) for Inclusion in the Regional Development Investment Plan (RDIT). : RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be tumished the Honorable Governor Vincenzo Renato Luigi R.
