    Below you must detail the hazard number from the check list, identify where the hazard is
    coming from and detail how you will limit the risk of the hazards you have identified.

    1 Trip Hazards Be aware of surrounding,
    watch out for play
    equipment and tree roots,
    especially if looking through
    camera lens.

    2 Proximity to Water There are open bodies of


    water at all our locations.
    However, we will not need
    to be in close proximity to
    the water at these locations
    as they are far from our
    scene locations.
    3 Live Electrical Equipment (Pylons and There are some open ones
    generators) at Upton Country Park so
    we should ensure that we
    follow signage and
    directions to avoid any
    harm.

    4 Vehicles Be sure to look


    both ways twice before
    crossing roads, be vigilant
    and stay out of the way of
    any staff vehicles (street
    cleaners, lawnmowers, etc).
    There is a novelty minature
    train in Poole Park so we’ll
    need to avoid filming near
    its tracks.
    One crew member suffers
    Nut Allergy from an anaphylactic nut
    5 and peanut allergy. We will
    ensure that they have their
    epipen on them and will
    take care to check
    ingredients if we eat on set.
