entities should be taken back immediately or terminated.

If an entity owning Confidential Information of Androverne Labolatories, Inc. doesn't cooperate
with instructions given to them by Androverne, legal action has to be taken.
Article VII: Shareholder Anonymity

7.1 Preservation of Shareholder Privacy
Androverne recognizes and respects the privacy of its shareholders. The identities of shareholders
are considered confidential and are to be treated with the utmost discretion. Any unauthorized
disclosure of shareholder information is strictly prohibited.
7.2 Reporting Shareholder Interests
Personnel are required to report any potential or perceived conflicts of interest involving
shareholders. Transparency in disclosing such relationships ensures the integrity of the decision-
making process.
Article VIII: Disciplinary Action

8.1 Violations and Consequences
