RATIONALE
Many people love planting to help our community get more fresh oxygen to inhale. Plants
are also an essential resource; we rely on them for food, water, medicine, the air we
breathe, habitat, and many more. But people have a common problem, and the common
one that some of us encounter is dealing with the lack of vitamins that our plants have.
That’s why sometimes our plants don't grow faster or they die due to the lack of vitamins we
give them. Therefore, this research is being conducted to make an alternative fertilizer using
only animal manure and bone meal. This can help our community by growing our plants or
crops stronger and healthier, and it can also help in low-rate production of fruits, vegetables,
etc.
Hypothesis
● This fertilizer product will help us grow our plants healthier and stronger.
● This product can be an alternative fertilizer incase we are lack of budget,
because it is cheaper and easy to make.
Engineering Goal
The primary goal of this research is to explore and prove how effective the organic
fertilizer is in plants and crops and to make an alternative fertilizer.
Expected Outcomes
The expected outcome of this product is to help the plants to grow faster that can be
helpful for fast production of fruits and vegetables.
Methodology.
Procedure
The procedure to make this product is first, we’re going to get all the materials needed
to make the product. Next is after getting all the ingredients, we’re going to put the
animal manure in a big container together with the bone meal and compost. After
putting all the ingredients together we’re going to mix it up in the container and after
mixing, we’re going to ferment it for 1 month. After one month we have the organic
fertilizer.
Participants
This product will be tested by the gardeners and farmers to see the effects and result in
using this organic fertilizer.
Recruitment
Participants mostly are adults that love planting, and farmers. but this will also be tested
by experts to make sure if there is an effect in using this product.
Data Analysis
By conducting a survey form that consist of question about the results of the product
that we made and creating a conclusion after all answer are gathered.
