    STUDENTS’ ACADEMIC
    CONFERENCE (SAC)
    The Students Academic Conference(SAC) comprises students from IITs across
    the country, where undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines
    can present their research work in an exhibition format. At SAC, students meet
    like-minded people who share their passion and interests, which will help them
    connect with researchers in their respective fields. All teams should choose their
    top five abstracts from diverse disciplines and present them during the event.

    CONFERENCE (SAC)

    DESCRIPTION
    The Students Academic Conference(SAC) comprises students from IITs across
    the country, where undergraduate and postgraduate students from all disciplines
    can present their research work in an exhibition format. At SAC, students meet
    like-minded people who share their passion and interests, which will help them
    connect with researchers in their respective fields. All teams should choose their
    top five abstracts from diverse disciplines and present them during the event.
    Only current students are allowed to present their published work in
    National/International conferences.

    Note: Based on the number of papers received from the domains mentioned above,
    we can merge two domains into one.

    SUBMISSIONS
    1. Research Paper Report
    Abstract - Max 200 words
    Name of the Conference
    Date of publication
    Proof of publication
    2. Paper
    3. Poster

    GUIDELINES
    The Selected Papers from each IIT will have to be presented in the form of posters
    (in PDF format). The event would be hosted online .

    EVALUATION
    Each paper presented by an IIT in the SAC will earn 30 event points for a total of
    150 points. Individual appreciation awards will be given to selected articles from
    each domain based on reviews of the papers by the participants.

    DEADLINES
    Paper and Details Document Submission Deadline: 30th Jan, 2023
    Poster submission deadline: 2 days after the paper and details submission
    i.e. 1st Feb, 2023
