Terms and Conditions of Enrolment

• Account Terms
There are 4 account terms a year at Success Hub . Each account term is ten weeks in duration. Tuition fees must be paid
in advance and in full by the due date.

• Credits
In the case where the student is unable to attend class, credits will only be offered under the following circumstances.

I. If the student provides evidence of illness or misadventure.


2. If the student provides documentation showing events such as camp, excursions and so on.
3. If the student informs their SH branch in advance of plans to travel.

If there is another class available on another day, students will be required to attend the supplement classes which will
mean credits will not be given.

• How Credits Work?

1. If your child is enrolled for 10 weeks a maximum of 1 week will be credited in whole. In the
case of further absentees, 80% of the fee will be credited. All credits will be reflected on the next
invoice.
2. If your child is enrolled for 20 weeks or more, a maximum of 3 weeks will be credited in whole.
In the case of further absentees, 80% of the fee will be credited. All credits will be reflected on
the next invoice.

• Discount Schedule
- Families with two or more students attending the same SH branch with each student enrolled in a minimum of two
subjects will be entitled to a special family discount.
* 2 students: 5% discount each/* 3 students: 10% discount each/* 4 students: 15% discount each

-Advance payments of twenty weeks are eligible for a 10% discount.


- Advance payments of fifty weeks are eligible for a 20% discount.

One discount schedule cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount schedule.

• Changes to Student Details


Administration must be notified immediately of any changes to your details (i.e address, phone numbers and subjects
enrolled at Success Hub). In the case where your child decides to drop a particular subject after the commencement of
a new account term, tuition fees cannot be adjusted until the next account term. If you have already paid for the tuition
fees, you will not be entitled to a refund/transfer of fees. It is therefore crucial you notify administration of any changes in
subject choice immediately and choose your subjects carefully.

• Accidents for Emergencies
