goal is to be one of the best Milk Tea Shops in the Philippines. Going
SEVENTEAN wants also to satisfy its respective staff in a way of receiving
positive and heart-melting feedbacks from customers.

COMPARISON OF THE PRODUCT TO ITS COMPETITORS
Our shop is not the usual Milk Tea Shop that people go to because all of our products
are unique. We decided to make our milk teas primarily because we want everyone to
enjoy our drinks, even those who are Health Conscious. From the names, taste, and
quality, we made sure that everything is 100% perfect. Our customers can assure that
our milk teas will be consistent in terms of flavors, ingredients, and quality.
LOCATION
Our shop can be found at Maginhawa Street, Teacher’s Village East, Diliman, Quezon
City. We chose Maginhawa Street as the location of our Milk Tea Shop because this
place is known for its wide variety food options. Maginhawa Street is the perfect place
for us
because the ambiance and atmosphere suit our business. The location could change as
our business continues to grow through the following years.
MARKET AREA
The market area of our business will be the people of Quezon City. We do accept also
delivery orders. Our mode of delivery transportation would be Grab Food, Food Panda,
and Lalamove.
MAIN CUSTOMERS
Main Customers are KPOP Fans, Teen Agers, and people who wants to try a different
kind of Milk Tea.

Our form of business is Sole Proprietorship. If we manage to have another branch,
maybe we will consider Partnership.
PROMOTIONAL MEASURES
For every 1,700 pesos minimum purchase, our shop will give you 1 free milk tea of your
choice. Just give a valid proof to our respective cashiers that you purchased 1,700
pesos of our products.
MARKETING STRATEGY
We are now in the era where the society wants convenient buying of goods so if ever
our customer is craving for Milk Teas, Burgers, or Nachos, they can visit us our social

JOB DESCRIPTIONS
MANAGER – The Manager supervises the whole milk tea shop. He serves as the Mind
and Soul of the shop. He is responsible for being the head of the shop, supervising the
employee’s performance, and instructing his colleagues what to do and how to execute
things.
ASSISTANT MANAGER – When the Manager is not around, the Assistant Manager
takes place. The intensity of her job depends how much the manager trust her. Just like
the manager, she also has the responsibility to guide, instruct, and to be responsible.
KITCHEN MANAGER – The Kitchen Manager is the leader inside the kitchen. She
leads the kitchen staffs in preparing, cooking, and serving the orders of the customers.
The Kitchen Manager always make sure that the ingredients being used are 100%
clean.
KITCHEN ASSISTANT - Kitchen Assistants perform all cleaning, washing, and
preparation duties required in kitchens. They assist Cooks and Kitchen Supervisors with
all tasks necessary to ensure that kitchen operations run smoothly.
CASHIER – The Cashier’s primary role is to assist customers in the in-store check-out
process. Main duties include collecting payment and giving appropriate change.
Responsible for counting the contents of cash register drawer at the end of each shift,
maintaining receipts, records and withdrawals
BARISTA – The barista is known as the Beverage Magician of any beverage
businesses. He/She should be knowledgeable in making the orders of the customers.
Their role is to execute all beverage orders properly and according to what the customer
wants it to be.
