5 Inspection: All lifting device and tools tackles inspected physically and TPI/Form 10 certificates available
Pre-Lift Meeting: Competent Operator, signal man, riggers deployed. All the members of crew properly briefed and
6 assigned responsibilities for tasks to be performed.
7 Job Safety Analysis (JSA): JSA prepared and available for the activity
8 Document: Load Chart, Equipment GA/fabrication drawing and TPI certificates attached with the plan
9 Barrication: Lifting area barricaded to restrict unauthorised entry. Signages provided.
