Bradley Professional Services (BPS) is a professional firm
renowned for providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services to
varying levels of clientele ranging from small, medium and
large enterprises to government parastatals whilst delivering
top notch services, adding value, responding to opportunities
and challenges so as to improve our c lients overall
performance. The firm commenced business activities in
2000 and has since been building up its client base in all the
sectors of the economy.

public administration. He is a Fellow of

SENIOR PARTNER: AUDIT
& ASSURANCE SERVICESH av in g qua lifi e d as a C har ted
Accountant in 1987, he joined the Federal
Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) in 1994 after a stint of about 7
years with the Private Sector. He rose through the ranks and all
the critical areas of tax administration to become the
Coordinating Director in charge of the Tax Operations
Group (TOG) which superintended over about 80% of FIRS
workforce and over 200 tax offices nationwide until his
retirement in July 2021.
Femi has attended training programmes both locally and
abroad, including the Lagos Business School's Leadership
Development Programme, Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs
(HMRC)'s Advancing Management Potentials (AMP) in the
United Kingdom, and the Canadian Revenue Authority, just to
mention a few.
His experience includes tax planning, regulatory compliance,
and advisory services specifically as they relate to the
Financial Services Industry. Presently, He works on several Tax
engagements and is a valued senior member of the firm.

Oluseye is an associate member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of
Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of
Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) and Chartered
Institute of Stockbrokers of Nigeria
(ACIS). He holds an MBA degree from
Lagos State University.
He has over 20 years of professional
experience in Banking, Taxation, Audit
(ACA, ACTI, ACIS, MBA) and Financial Management Consulting.
DIRECTOR
Prior to joining BPS, Oluseye worked with
Wema Securities & Finance PLC as Head, Consumer Credit Unit
(2003) and Head, Financial Control (2006) during which he
accomplished remarkable and noteworthy achievements in his
career, notable among them was his success in handling the
recapitalization and loan work-out of several moribund and
poorly managed finance Leases of corporate clients of over
N5Billion as well as the disbursement and Management of import
finance facilities to various clients which was well over N7Billion.
He practiced as a Tax professional with PROBITAS CONSULTING
LIMITED, a firm of Chartered Accountants & Tax Practitioners
(2012) where he rose to the position of Senior Tax Manager.
He has led several strategic tax services covering international
tax, business tax, employment tax, transfer pricing, transaction
tax, tax dispute resolution, tax strategy and structuring in
Nigeria.
Oluseye has attended various courses including courses on
Corporate Valuation Techniques, Financial Analysis and
modeling, LPO, Warehouse and Trade Finance Programme,
Advance Leasing course, Risk Management Practices in
Financial Institution, Advance Credit Administration and Debt

accountant with invaluable experience in
financial reporting and accounting covering a variety of industries
from start-up business to financial management and company
closures. Hands-on experience in providing professional advice in
strategic sectors such as financial reporting, taxation, auditing,
Intellectual property, forensic accounting, corporate finance, and
insolvency. He has gained experienced indifferent audit firms and
has audited numerous companies in various fields such as global
business sector, manufacturing, trading, and across various
sectors of the economy such as Telecommunication, Oil and Gas,
Manufacturing, Health Services industries, aviation and flight
charter, parastatal bodies, NGOs among others.
Famuyiwa has an in-depth knowledge of local tax laws and
regulations and has provided clients with valuable tax advise and
acts as tax representative for clients and assists in tax cases with
the tax authorities. He also provides training on auditing and
accounting standards and is technically well versed in the
interpretation and application of new and revised auditing and
accounting standards.

practice.
He is a seasoned professional with wealth of experience in Tax,
audit, assurance, and advisory services. He has led many
complex audit engagements, facilitated trainings, and
supported clients in their various industries, as well as attended
several courses and leadership programs both locally and
internationally.
He has rendered tax services that cut across regulatory
compliance, advisory, and audit management to clients in the
Engineering, mechanical & construction as well as Hospitality&
Telecommunications industries, among many others.
