the blower will fail when the temperature
differnce is larger than 125 degrees.
Therefore our hydraulic fluid should never be
more than 235 degrees. This comes from our
temperature designations of 35 and 110
degrees.

Explanation
Should contain all components on the trailer, every valve,
hose, pumps, etc… Will not include standard parts such as
bolts, washers and nuts. Will include model numbers,
brands and serial numbers for all components. Must also
include component limitations.

Contains all details about the operation of the rental to


optimize the performance of every mechanical component.

Simplified version of the process of which the conveyor


picks conveys the materials. Several diagrams will need to
be made for a complete understanding of the system.

Contains all materials/ressources needed to run the rental.


Such as, oil, drive belts, drive chains, oil filters, air filters,
etc… Will include a different range of consumables for
verying situations.

Will contain clear and concise writing about how to


properly operate the vehicle. Will inlcude how to refrence
data table so you can have the optimal performance in your
specific situation

Completed an audit of the rental. Found serial numbers on all mechanical parts and drew process diagrams for all systems on pa
information on mechanical parts. Problems: No brand for blower, serial not right for rotary, no brand for hyrdaulic pump
what is Bayou Canada.

Returned to the rental and completed another audit gaining some new information. We now have the make and model for the bl
valve. Getting the model engine is becoming more difficult and time consuming. I have contacted Diesel Specialist, LTD, who
information on perkins.com. The american version of perkins has been shut down. I contacted the perkins service line and they
be contacting me within the next few days. Problems : Enigne doesnt have any information on it, no proven match for hyd

Started today by doing the process diagrams for several systems. Finished the hydraulics one. Didn’t get any new information f
tomorrow afternoon if possible. Should go to natura again tomorrow on the way to work just to look at the injectors. Plan for to
injectors, go over entire hydraulic system, write down everything except for the fittings. Call Vickers, Call Perkins, find dunbar
understanding of the entire process. the best relation would be to a grain conveyor. Also get a list of consumables.
