NOTES UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED:

1. MATERIAL PROCESS AND METHODS AS PER AMM AND SRM OR OTHERWISE AS PER THE PERTINENT
SECTION OF FAA AC NO. 43.13-1B (CHANGE 1, CHAPTER 11). REFERENCE ENGINEERING ORDER
2305-AVI-EO-11 FOR INSTALLATION. REFERENCE WIRING DIAGRAM 2305-AVI-311 AND WIRE KIT
2305-AVI-WK-K11 FOR WIRE CONNECTION DETAILS. TERMINATE WIRING IN ACCORDANCE WITH
IPC/WHMA-A-620 CLASS 3. ELECTRICAL BONDING AND SHIELDING REQUIREMENTS IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EMBRAER SWPM-2430.
2. CONSISTENT WITH THE EMBRAER S.A. STANDARD PRACTICE MANUAL, ADVISORY CIRCULARS 25-10,
25-16 AND 43.13-1B THE PHILOSOPHY FOR WIRE ROUTING DESIGN IS AS FOLLOWS (SEE DETAIL):
1. NEW WIRE BUNDLES ARE TO BE ROUTED SEPARATELY FROM EXISTING WIRE
BUNDLES.
2. MINIMUM BEND RADII FOR ALL NEW WIRE BUNDLES MUST NOT BE LESS THAN TEN
TIMES THE OUTSIDE DIAMETER OF THE LARGEST WIRE IN THAT WIRE BUNDLE. A
NEW BEND RADII OF SIX TIMES MAY BE USED AT BUNDLE BREAKOUTS.
3. IN THE EVENT OF SPACE LIMITATIONS, IT IS PERMISSIBLE TO ROUTE NEW WIRING
WITH OTHER CONCURRENTLY INSTALLED WIRING BY WRAPPING NEW WIRING
WITH ITEM 6, ROUNDIT 2000NX 13-5 OR EQUIVALENT TO PROVIDE LAYER OF
SEPARATION. THE SIGNALS IN THE WIRING FROM EACH OF THESE SYSTEMS MUST
BE EVALUATED AND DETERMINED TO BE LOW LEVEL POWER OF LITTLE
ELECTROMAGNETIC INTERFERENCE RISK, AND CONSISTENT WITH THE WIRE
TYPES CONTAINED IN THE WIRING. RESULTANT WIRE BUNDLES ARE TO BE
CLAMPED AND SECURED CONSISTENT WITH THE STANDARDS SET FORTH HEREIN.
4. ALL SERVICE LOOPS SHALL MAINTAIN AT LEAST A MINIMUM BEND RADIUS OF
THREE TIMES THE DIAMETERS OF THE ENTIRE WIRE HARNESS.
5. WIRING SHOULD BE INSTALLED WITH SUFFICIENT SLACK SO THAT BUNDLES AND
INDIVIDUAL WIRES ARE NOT UNDER TENSION. NORMALLY, WIRE BUNDLES SHOULD
NOT EXCEED 1/2" DEFLECTION BETWEEN SUPPORT POINTS. THIS MEASUREMENT
MAY BE EXCEEDED PROVIDED THERE IS NO POSSIBILITY OF THE WIRE BUNDLE
TOUCHING A SURFACE THAT MAY CAUSE ABRASION.
6. IN ADDITION TO THE SEPARATION AND ROUTING REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED
HEREIN, CAREFUL CONSIDERATION MUST ALSO BE MADE TO THE WIRE ROUTING
REQUIREMENTS CONTAINED IN THE EMBRAER WIRING MANUALS.
7. ROUTE HARNESS ASSEMBLY AS SHOWN. IN AREAS WHERE THE NEW WIRING IS
ROUTED WITH OR IN PLACE OF EXISTING WIRING, THERE MAY BE SOME VARIANCE
