As children, we can do many things to save fresh water. Firstly, you can save showers rather than
baths. Short showers use less water and also there is less use of energy to heat the water. However not

Listening transcript: Listen to someone talking about their trip to Vietnam
Interviewer: Welcome to our “Travel First” program.
Today, we are going to listen to Mr. Johnson, who has just got back from Vietnam. Hello, Mr.
Johnson. How was your trip?
Mr. Johnson: Hello. It was terrific! I have never had a better vacation.
Interviewer: Really? How long did you stay in Vietnam?
Mr. Johnson: My trip lasted nearly a month, and I travelled to the 5 main cities of Vietnam,
admiring its beautiful mountains and rivers. I spent about 4 or 5 days in each city before moving to
the next.
Interviewer: That's a long vacation. How did you get around in Vietnam?
Mr. Johnson: First, I arrived in Hanoi by plane. I moved from one city to the next by coach or by
plane. By the way, it's very easy and interesting to travel around by motorbike in Vietnam.
Interviewer: It must be hard during rainy days.
Mr. Johnson: Lucky me! I had perfect weather during my time there. Vietnamese people are
friendlier than any people I have ever met. The food tastes so good. You must try “pho" there.
Interviewer: It's break time now! We'll continue talking about food after the break. Phelps has
