Components and automobile parts, specializing in Injection Moulding Auto Parts and PVC Extrusion Pipe/Profile
involving hands-on experience in field of mechanical engineering, providing insights into manufacturing processes.
PROJECTS
Device to Measure Human Stress - (Link)
• Developed a stress monitoring device utilizing a Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sensor to measure skin con-
ductance, serving as an indicator of emotional arousal and stress levels.
• Designed and implemented the project using an Arduino microcontroller for real-time analysis and computation
of skin conductance data
• Utilized NodeMCU firmware and development kit to establish an Internet of Things (IoT) connection, facili-
tating data transfer to a dedicated website via API integration.
Crash Box Analysis-(Link)
• Conducted crash box analysis project using SolidWorks for design and Abaqus for analysis.
• Hexagonal crash box design exhibited 50 percent higher energy absorption than the other shapes crash box.
• Proficient in SolidWorks and Abaqus for design and analysis.
