1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 Introduction

Creative IT Institute, one of the leading IT training institutes in Bangladesh offers

the best training opportunities. It has been playing a vital role to eradicate the
unemployment problem since 2008. Enriched with quality training this institute has
never failed to help the individuals to reveal their talents making harmony between
creativity and IT. No matter what is your background, we are offering 30 courses
for you conducted by experienced trainers to advance your skills.
1.2 Objective of the report

1.2.1 Broad objective

The goal of this report is to examine the insights concerning CREATIVE IT

INSTITUTE, their courses and facilities and programming utilized in
CREATIVE IT INSTITUTE

1.2.2 Specific Objective

The Specific objectives of the report are as follows-

 To know how an IT training center train someone.
 To get familiar with the training environment of an IT training
center.
 To see the process of their training.
 To gather information about their courses.
1.3 Methodology

Source of the data

In this report I have used two kinds of data. First one is Primary data and second
one is Secondary data. This two kinds of data has been used to write my report. To
complete this report I had to collect those data separately.

Primary Data
Primary data means row data. I collected it by visiting the training center . This
data is very much important for my report writing. I asked question to the
employee of the Creative IT Institute and collect the data. This way I have
collected the primary data.

Secondary Data
Secondary data I collected from the Internet. Many data has already been collected
and provided on the internet. I have collected those data and analyzed it. Most of
the data I have collected from the official website of Creative IT Institute.

Methods of Data Gathering

I have done this report in a describing way. By the recommendation of our CSE
Department I got permission to visit the training center “Creative IT Institute” to
collect my primary data. I genuinely talked with different sections of employee for
my report purposes. I also take notes for my report writing from their recording.
And after analyzing all the information I got my primary data for report. This way
I were able to gather the primary data without any problems.

 Cannot get much information on the internet about Creative IT Institute.
 Can’t get access to go to some specific area in the organization.

2.2 Founder and CEO of Creative IT

Monir Hosen is the Founder and CEO of

Creative IT Institute. He started the firm in
2008 after five years of wide experience in
Graphics, web design and development.
With 12 years of experience he has worked
on a wide array of Branding and interactive
projects for national and international
clients, as well as government, bilateral and
multilateral development organizations.

He also holds the Visiting Lecturer of

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC), Assistant Secretary (IT) of EPAC
Foundation. Monir Hosen’s main area of specialization is Graphic Design and
Animation. He also interested in Media and Communications.

Aside from being the Chairman at Creative IT Limited, he has also set up Creative
IT Institute with a vision to offer the realistic knowledge for multimedia liberation
and touch the milestone of creativity. He is very successful in creating a top rank
IT training and Software development firm in Bangladesh.

Prior to the profession of Chairman and lead education specialist of his own
company, Monir Hosen practices what he teaches and which is evidenced by his
successful entrepreneurship.
2.3 History of Creativity

Creative IT Institute is started its journey since 2008 and it’s providing training
facilities for IT skill enhancement. The institution is founded by Mr. Monir Hosen,
who as a young talent wanted to make the language of IT world easier by creating
leaders and by contributing in the success of individuals. So to bring it into reality
it has started the journey with a motto of growing, meeting emerging needs and
now it becomes one of the successful IT institute in Bangladesh. We are involved
with Government entities like Election Commission, BEZA, BEPZA, Prison, NFE,
LGED, BCC and ICT Ministry. We have been working with outsourcing market
for graduating under Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority. We are always sticking
to the newest trends in providing IT training professionals. This wind of
developing careers of individuals and making it successful in the international
arena is still going on. Till now we have achieved remarkable success and
expecting to go a long run in this beautiful journey.

2.5 About Their Courses

They have 20 professional courses along with 12 other skills developing courses
like Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing, App Development, Interior
Design, 3D Animation.

2.5.1 Graphic Design

The main purpose here is to make you able to use the graphic design tools and
techniques in a professional way. Graphic Design helps to build the brand identity
of a company. Thus, it needs to be conceptual and unique to represent a company,
brand or any kind of products or services. The module is designed to cover all
aspects of Graphic Design and it is mostly helpful for a fresher who can start
afresh. To know more about the module, take a look in the highlights of the
module and get insights of how we are conducting the course.

2.5.2 Web Design

Web design means creating websites with a user-friendly structure and with an
aesthetic approach. A web designers always think about the layout, color scheme
and unique design of a website. But their task does not just end there. They also
work hard to create a user-friendly navigation system. They also need to rank their
websites and for that, they need to do some SEO tasks too. In short Web Designer
can be denoted as a front-end designer or an experienced designer. A web designer
needs to design such interface that will be comfortable, attractive and friendly to
the visitors. But it also needs to be responsive that user can use it in different
devices as per their choices

2.5.3 Digital Marketing

Creative IT institute, a leading IT training institute in Bangladesh, has set its eye

2.5.6 3D Animation

The process of generating three dimensional moving images in a digital

environment is called 3D animation. Modeling is generating 3D objects in a certain
scene. The next phase is done by positioning and animating. And the last phase,
rendering, is the output of the completed result. The techniques used in 3D
Animation involves appearance sketching, appearance modeling, arena building,
camera setup, texturing, alteration, bonding, and rendering. Cinema 4D, Autodesk
MAYA & Autodesk 3ds Max are the names of some of the best 3D animation
software. At Creative IT, we highly focus on Autodesk MAYA and teach our
students to be the best in the industry.

2.9 Findings
Creative IT has become the country’s largest training institute in couple
of years. Now its reputation is in every aspect of the country. Now they
are also working with the Govt project of removing unemployment.
They are developing their modern lab by following the ICT lab of other
MIT and Harvard.

2.10 Conclusion
It was a nice experience of us to visit Creative IT. By visiting the
institute, we got the idea of skill development and understood the
importance of skill development in the future job market. Moreover, the
institute is also serving their customers in a good way.
