Power Information: Solutions:

There are multiple plug points
which is handy for when I would
need to plug or charge appliances.
There is no issue with this, even
when plugging in lighting.

Hazards: Solutions:
The main issue is having all the
decorations and furniture arranged
etc. which can cause hazard if I
were to have more crew etc. Luckily
the scene doesn’t require more than
2 crew to film which makes this not
a huge issue. When arranging my
room, and bringing in other
furniture, I will keep this in
mind.

CONTINGENCY PLAN

LOCATION FOR GARDEN PARTY SCENE – When planning was constructed, I

House location may be unavailable had location finalised, however
due to water damage. there is a chance the location may
not be available due to last minute
water damage from excess rain.
Script outlines scene to be a
“garden party scene” which has been
talked about during research,
however due to recent news, if the
location isn’t available, I have
looked for another alternative for
this scene. Rather the scene being
a “Garden Party scene” it will more
be like a “pre-party party”,
otherwise known as “Pre’s”. As the
first location may not be
available, I have changed the
script to reinstate this.
Storyboards will not be any
different, and so is dialogue,
therefore, last minute change is
acceptable.
FILMING DAYS WITH HARRIOT I will make sure that I have at
(PROTAGONIST ACTOR) least two dates for filming scenes
Actor is only available three weeks in the location of “Angelica’s
after half-term which leaves less bedroom” since there are more
time to edit and film. scenes and wouldn’t be able to
complete in one day worth of
filming. If there are more dates
needed the following below will be
used if there is the need.

Confirmed filming dates:

- Monday 22nd April (9:00 –
15:00)
- Thursday 25th April (7:30 –
